Deliveries

Norwich & Norfolk postal districts NR 1 to 10 inclusive as well as NR 13, 14, 16, 17,18, 19, 20 we provide a free local delivery service on a Tuesday and a Friday, orders to be placed by midnight the day before. 

All other postcodes in this area will be sent by free overnight courier to arrive the following day, providing the order is received by midday.

Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft and North Suffolk postal districts NR 29 to 35 inclusive we provide a free local delivery service on a Thursday, order to be placed by midnight Wednesday. 

All other postcodes in this area will be sent by free overnight courier to arrive the following day, providing the order is received by midday.

 

National deliveries

For the rest of mainland UK excluding the Scottish Highlands & Islands we provide a free express courier delivery by DPD to arrive the following day, providing the order is received by midday

 

We have a minimum order value of £21 for all orders.

We aim to despatch orders within 24hrs (see below).

Following delivery of your order, please put the product in your freezer as soon as possible. If some thawing has occurred in transit please be assured it is safe to refreeze.

All orders are subject to stock availability and customers should note that in adverse weather conditions, deliveries may be delayed.

  • Orders are despatched Monday – Thursday for delivery Tuesday – Friday. Cut-off time for us to receive your order is 12.00 midday.
  • Orders placed after midday will be despatched on the next day via courier next day delivery.
  • Orders placed after midday on Thursday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
  • Orders placed over a weekend or Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Our couriers are instructed to leave the parcel at your door or in the immediate vicinity as per your delivery instructions. If you provide your mobile number or email, you will be updated with a one-hour delivery window by SMS or email.
  • Customers should please be aware that packages cannot be collected from our couriers collection point or shop as the frozen packages will need to be delivered to the customer as quickly as possible.
  • Our Courier's system lets you track your parcel throughout its journey, please follow the instructions on the SMS you receive or you can track it online at our couriers web site.
